Leandesk Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted and administered solely by **Leandesk** (“The Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
• Employees of Leandesk, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Only genuine individual or business accounts may participate. Business accounts belonging to Leandesk’s competitors are ineligible.
• Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid social media account on Instagram.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Comment on the designated giveaway post on our social accounts.
• Following the Leandesk Instagram account is optional but will count as an additional entry.
• Tagging friends is encouraged but not required for entry.

4. Start and End Dates

• The competition will run from 25th September 2024 to 26th March 2025.
• Any entries made after 11:59 PM (UK time) on 26th March 2025 will not be considered.

5. Prize

• The prize is one **Leandesk Original Desk**, valued at **£495**.
• No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
• The winner’s name or handle will be announced on our Instagram account shortly after the selection.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, Leandesk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery

• Delivery of the prize will be limited to mainland UK only.
• The delivery costs for the prize will be covered by Leandesk.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Leandesk reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.

8. Disqualification

• Leandesk reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they are found to be using fake, bot-generated, or spam accounts.
• Accounts displaying inappropriate comments or offensive profile images, as well as competitor brand accounts, will be disqualified.
• Any entries that do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

9. Data Protection

• Entrants’ personal data will be used strictly for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to the use of their data in accordance with Instagram’s Privacy Policy.
• Leandesk will not store or use entrants’ data for any purposes beyond the administration of the prize draw.

10. Platform Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility.

11. General

• Leandesk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• The decision of Leandesk regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
• The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
