Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Online orders are currently only delivered to the UK. For orders outside of the UK, please email support@leandesk.com for a custom shipping quote.

How long will delivery take?

If your product is in stock, it will be picked, packed, and dispatched promptly. Delivery times may vary and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. They will usually be shown on the product page before you order too.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from our delivery provider.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

If you are unavailable, you must liaise with the delivery provider to reschedule. If the delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, you may be liable for redelivery costs.

Can I request express delivery?

We offer standard delivery. If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we will confirm if this is possible.

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@leandesk.com. If you are a business customer, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I submit a claim for a damaged or faulty product?

  • Email us with details of the issue at support@leandesk.com

  • Provide photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

  • We will review your claim and inform you of the next steps.

  • If a return is required, items must be securely packed in their original packaging.

Will I get a refund for a damaged or faulty item?

If we cannot repair or replace your item, we will issue a refund, including return shipping costs. Consumers have the right to request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Guarantee

Does Leandesk come with a guarantee?

Yes, our products are guaranteed for 5 years to be fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, and free from design defects. If a product does not meet these standards, we will repair or replace it.

What is not covered under the guarantee?

  • The guarantee does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage due to improper use or storage

    • Accidental damage

    • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight

    • Alterations or repairs made by the customer
