We’re delighted to announce that Leandesk will be exhibiting at Clerkenwell Design Week 2026, joining the British Collection at St James’s Church from 19 to 21 May.
Now in its 15th year, Clerkenwell Design Week is the UK’s leading independent design festival. For three days each May, EC1 becomes a working showcase of the best in furniture, lighting and product design, with hundreds of brands and tens of thousands of visitors moving through its showrooms, churches and streets. The British Collection sits at the heart of it, gathering homegrown studios and makers under one roof at St James’s Church on Clerkenwell Close.
For Leandesk, it’s the right room. The British Collection celebrates considered design, careful manufacture and a quiet kind of ambition. Those are the principles we set out with: a desk made from sustainable bamboo, engineered to fold to 50mm, and designed to give people back their floorspace at the end of the working day.
We’ll be showing both Leandesk Original and Leandesk Compact at the Crypt, and visitors will be able to try the desk in person, see the rack, cleat and cord mechanism up close, and meet the team behind it. Founder and designer Henry Swanzy will be on hand throughout the week to talk through the thinking, the materials and the build.
