Register your Leandesk and our Lifetime Guarantee gives the original owner ongoing support for defects in its design, materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If something goes wrong, we’ll always look to repair first.

We don’t want Leandesk to be another product that works for a few years and then gets replaced when one part wears out or something goes wrong.
We designed it differently.
Its construction is simple. Its components can be replaced individually. There are no motors or electronics to become obsolete. And we’ll continue to support it with advice, spares and repairs.

Repair first
If your Leandesk develops a problem covered by our guarantee, we’ll repair it free of charge.
If it genuinely can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it.
A problem with one component shouldn’t mean replacing an entire desk, so wherever possible we’ll diagnose the issue and deal with the part that actually needs attention.

Looking after your Leandesk
Leandesk is designed to need very little maintenance. A few simple habits will help keep it looking and working as it should for years to come.
Keep it comfortable
Natural materials respond to their environment, just as we do.
Use and store your Leandesk in normal indoor conditions and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, cold, damp or very dry environments.
Extreme conditions can affect the appearance and performance of bamboo and other natural materials over time.
Be mindful of direct sunlight
Bamboo is a natural material and its colour may change gradually with age and exposure to light.
Avoid leaving your Leandesk in strong direct sunlight for long periods if you want to minimise changes in tone.
Natural variations in grain, shade and texture are part of the character of the material.
Keep it clean
For everyday cleaning, a soft, slightly damp cloth should be all you need.
Wipe away spills when they happen and avoid soaking the bamboo or allowing moisture to sit on the surface.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
Check for wear
Leandesk is deliberately simple, but it is still a piece of moving furniture.
From time to time, check the cord, cleats, feet and other components for obvious signs of damage or unusual wear.
If something doesn’t look right, stop using the desk and speak to us. We’ll help identify what needs attention.
Need a spare?
Every component of Leandesk has been designed with replacement in mind.
If you’ve lost a part, damaged something accidentally or simply need a replacement after years of use, you don’t need a whole new desk.

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to the original purchaser once the product has been registered and covers qualifying defects in design, materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
It doesn’t affect the legal rights you already have as a consumer.
